- Usage Data: Details about which eCard you send and when you use the service.
- Recipient Data: We collect the email addresses, phone numbers, and names of the people you send ecards to only for the purpose of delivering your ecard. We do not sell or market to your recipients. Recipient information may also be processed as reasonably necessary to facilitate eCard delivery, provide delivery or viewing confirmations, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not knowingly accept harvested, scraped, purchased, or unlawfully obtained recipient contact information.
- Payment Information: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store or collect your complete payment card details directly; all such information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors.

Data Security & Retention
- We use industry-standard encryption and administrative safeguards to protect your data.
- Please note that no data transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
- Your data may be stored on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors that adhere to recognized industry security standards.
- eCards will be deleted 14 days after they are sent.
- Recipient data is not sold or used by Inkless Signature for marketing to the recipient. Inkless Signature retains recipient information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including eCard delivery, delivery or viewing confirmation, customer support, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance with legal obligations. When recipient information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, Inkless Signature will delete it or otherwise de-identify it in accordance with its data retention practices.
- Inkless Signature may retain limited de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably be used to identify an individual for legitimate business purposes, including statistical analysis, reporting, analytics, and service improvement.
- Inkless Signature may retain certain information for a longer period when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, satisfy tax or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the rights, security, and integrity of Inkless Signature, its users, or the public.
- Account data and transaction records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with applicable statutory tax and legal requirements.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verified parental consent. If we learn we have collected data from a child without consent, we will delete it promptly.
